How to adopt with Little Volunteers and Friends

2. Open and complete the Adoption Form below.

Alternatively, you can download and complete the ‘LVF Adoption Application’ form for your animal of interest and email to: Littlevandfriendsrescue@outlook.com

3. If your application is successful, our team will contact you to arrange a meet and greet.

Please be patient and mindful that we are a small team of volunteers with family and work commitments outside of our rescue responsibilities. We are regularly inundated with many adoption applications for our rescue animals and therefore only capable of contacting shortlisted applicants.

Terms of adoption
All of our rescue animals receive a veterinary health check and are only rehomed once fully vet-worked. This includes desexing, microchip, vaccinations, and flea and worming treatments.

You will be required to sign an Adoption Agreement Contract and a Central Animal Records (CAR) Transfer of Ownership or Australasian Animal Registry (AAR) Change of Ownership form upon adoption. The adoption fee is to be paid in full via cash, banking transfer or Paypal on the day of collection of the animal.

We provide a kitten adoption pack full of treats, toys and goodies and a ‘New Kitten Guide’ with information to assist you with transitioning your new pet into your home.
